Joining Castle has helped me better understand the metals industry and what it takes to be part of a company that strives to be the best in a very competitive industry. Having started in the warehouse and then moving into an office position, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge on the entire fabrication process. My favorite part of the job is being a conduit between our sales team and the warehouse. Discovering new ways of troubleshooting problems each day is what keeps me motivated, and I love it when I can help land a new order or resolve a customer issue.
